Ash... Sending his Caterpie out against Pidgeotto... Even I didn't do that in my first Pokemon game (before I saw the anime ).. well, it wasn't my Pokemon game, but you know what I mean.

Red. Obviously he's the best. He knows type differences, he knows how to win, he even beats a War Veteran pretty easily... WHILE BEING ZAPPED! If my memory is right, Ash had serious problems against Lt.Surge. + he used Pikachu!
And SUUUURE! Electric vs Fire and Ground... Yeah... nuff said. They let him win because he is the "hero".

As Rhay realized that he had broken free from the cell, he also realized that he had heard talking before. Both from the direction of the blood and the other way. But it had stopped now.
Now he only heard a low sound of something flying through the air. It was probably another Pokemon. Maybe a bird? He had seen a lot of them in the cage room. He looked toward the source of the sound, the same direction as the flow of blood... it seemed to be coming more of it.

As he stood there, a figure appeared in the air (GOD DAMNIT! I managed to scare myself there... damn window behind me and it's dark outside...) above the blood. It was blue and white, and looked like a bird, but Rhay weren't sure. Behind it, a figure, same size and looks, except this one were yellow instead of blue, appeared too. Maybe these were the ones he had heard shouting before...?

Rhay woke up by the commotion going on around in the building. He realized it had been going on for a while, and he had slept through it all. He wondered for how long...
He stood up and walked over to the wall of bars. For some reason, he felt stronger. Maybe it was because he had slept. He poked one of the bars. It made a low echo in the hallway. He looked at the walls around him. He remembered trying to break through them before. They had been harder than any steel he had ever encountered. He looked back at the bars.

With a shock, he realized he still hadn't tried to break through them. He had only focused on the walls. But... if the walls were that hard, why wouldn't the steel bars be? It would be stupid of the humans to but him in a cell they knew he could break out through.
"Hah! Right..." He thought about the scene from before, when he had broken out of the cage.
Without really thinking about it, he saw something on the floor outside the cell. It looked like blood... He tried pushing his face towards the bars to get a better look towards the source. To his surprise, the bars bent. He shock back when he realized how stupid these people were. "Really? REALLY!?", he shouted out. It echoed in the hallway.

He heard a noise coming from the same place as the blood. It sounded something were ripped apart.
"I'll kill every last one of them!"
There was a Pokemon killing humans? At least that explained the blood... Rhay waited for a while, listening. He didn't hear much more. After a while, he shook his head to focus. He couldn't think about others now. He had to find a way out of here. The whole place had gone crazy.
He stepped back, getting ready to launch himself at the metal bars.
With a loud cracking noise, the bars were pulled out of the walls when Rhay slammed into them. He were free again.

There were barely any light in the room. Rhay looked at the steel bars covering the entrance to the cell. The walls were made of a different, hard metal. He had tried using Horn Drill on it, but it hadn't left a scratch. He could hear some noises further away in the hall. A hybrid passed his cell with a couple of humans. It looked like a Frosslass, but he couldn't be sure. Most of the hybrids were hard to tell what were.

He thought back at the Hybrids that had dragged King away. These humans. First they make Pokemon work hard for them without anything to look forward to, then they humiliate them like that.
King had been a good friend of Rhay since they first meet, but now he was gone. He had never thought any of Solar's old team would turn on each other, but then, Geode must have been the best candidate to do so. He had always been like that.
Rhay heard a loud noise from the way he had come. Maybe some other Pokemon were using him as example? He didn't want to know. He lay down in a corner away from the hallway and tried to sleep.
