3. This pokemon can fly.
4. One of it's colors is red.
5. You can get the first evolution of this pokemon very early in pokemon Fire Red and LEaf Green.
I guarantee you will get it wrong the first time.

I want to make a competitive battling pokemon team consisting of NFE's for my soulsilver game. I've been using a poliwag with hypnosis, belly drum, wake up slap, and waterfall as a sweeper, but i need some ideas for other NFE pokemon to go along with it.

Well, how about this, DayStar. Certain Pokemon have certain breeding seasons, weeks, times, hours, etc., depending on the rarity, and your choice of pokemon is limited to those in that time slot. That would be a solution, but I personally think that the any pokemon thing just adds to the suspense. 
This might be something for an event which takes place once a month or so. Where players go to a certain field/part/whatever to search for new eggs?
You mean like an easter egg hunt?

I'm with these two. I don't think mules are necessary.
Yeah, I never really felt a need for mules in any of the games I've played.

There will be numerous islands, and you will probably never run out of stuff to do, because the PU team will constantly be adding new islands, with lots of quests.

Yeah, I like having the two assign buttons. One for the bike, which was assigned to my Y button, because that's how it was on Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, and one for my Itemseeker, because that can be very useful, and it makes it so I don't have to scroll through the menus to find it.
