This is why I gave my Pokemon offensive names and traded them too my friends, because they were to lazy to attempt to catch them on their own. That no longer works now that you can breed Pokemon though.

They are all great pokemon to start with. With good training (battles to increase the pokemon's level) you'll soon see you chose a great pokemon. I like charmander, thats the one i want to start with. I will really enjoy evolving it into charmilion then the mighty charizard. Fire type pokemon are great. Well they are all great, they all have their strengths and weaknesses.
Watch the mighty Charizard fall to Stealth Rock.

Yes my summer vacation has started. What will you all be doing for summer break? I'm just going to work. I will probably have a more active role on the boards now that school is out. But that's about it.

 I hope they aren't so many legendaries on this game. I wish Team Rocket would make a reappearance. They're the only truly evil syndicates in the Pokemon games. Not guys trying to create more land and sea. Not people trying to create a new world. Just mafia styled gangsters.

On the first generation, if you wanted to complete your Pokedex, yes you do. So I had a Farfetch'd named Dux, and you can't change the name...

Well, the whole artist is the problem. So what if he writes the fillers?
When someone excludes the protagonist from one whole arc, then it's just.. lame.
Some people get sick of seeing Ichigo all the time. Its nice not to see him once and a while.

I used to be a noob player at Pokemon. I wouldn't save the game before fighting the legendaries. So anyways, here I am in Unkown Dungeon fighting Mewtwo with just one Great Ball. I caught it at half health.
On Pokemon Stadium 2, I took all of Lance's Pokemon out with my Kingdra.
I found a large number of colored Pokemon on second Generation. As already mentioned, shiny Pokemon aren't special.

I'll back up Bakagringo on the fact that it should have ended after Soul Society. Now the anime/manga is nothing but fighting and more fighting.
I never watched DBZ so I can't say I agree or disagree.
