What if our internet connection experiences problems during a PVP battle and we get kicked off the game? Will the server recognize that as quitting and punish us?
No. For the server a disconnect is a disconnect, there's no way of checking this.

I was wondering, what can we do to make this place (forum) an even better place, so more people will become active. To PU Development Team,
That's us... A question about pokemon locations, ( i know this topic has strayed a bit, but I just thought of this)
Pokemon like pikachu have been in every game, so are there certain areas to where it can be found,
or can you find it in obvious areas like FR/LG, (forest, power plant,) Yes we will try to put Pokemon in their "natural habbit". S/R/E (Safari Zone, speakin bout it, will we have one?) Yes, but not in the first beta Also, a suggestion, if/when you decide to make the pokemon movement sprites, have a team for each type, ( Team 1 gets Water, Team 2 gets Fire, Team 3 gets Grass, etc., etc., etc.) Elaborate please, I don't understand what you mean by "team for each type".

1. like sum1 said, have the legend in a quest. Once the player completes that quest AND reach a certain point in the game, (obtain X badges, catch X pokemon, complete X guilds/challenges,) they are allowed to catch the legend that was in the quest they completed
By the time anyone has completed all that we might have changed our view about legendary Pokémon. Like Alais said, we discussed this thoroughly in the staff-forum (and we have some nice idea's for legendary Pokémon) and our final conclusion was; It's too early to discuss how and where to put the legendary, our first priority is to include all other Pokémon into the game.
