Do us all a favor and just An Hero, PowerPoke, you are too retarded even for a 12 year old, if you had stopped posting crap and contributed something of value then you'd be more liked, this counts for anybody.
The reason we tell people to stop acting like 12 year olds is because that IS the behavior of a 12 year old. Mind you, I am not a part of the PU Team, and I hate you as a person, not because of your age.

I've never been there,i have heard tho that the people are nice, and considering their not comunists i dont have anything against them. The losses are terrible what is it now? 200k+ deaths? Its terrible and i pray for them every night.
Hati was worse civilization wise but i think japan has suffered more death and thats what really matters.
(just so people know i would still pray for a country if it was communist im just saying that communism and me dont agree)
You show your education well there, and you also show that you watch the news often. No, the deaths has not reached 200,000, that was the nukes from Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The current death count is almost 6000 however with many more missing. Haiti has most likely suffered more in several ways, that earthquake ravaged the mainland and didn't go in the sea, if that had happened in Japan there could be death tolls in the millions, luckily this did not happen. Also, you're still an idiot for even mentioning that they're not communists that you got nothing against them...

Legendaries would cause an imbalance because they'd be overpowered. It will not happen.
End of discussion. This topic can be locked now.

20km evacuation radius now. Also, while most buildings in Japan are earthquake safe after past experiences there are also buildings that are not, for example an University building in Tokyo partly collapsed during a graduation ceremony. A middle school in Iwata was taken by the flood with students still at the school, these students are counted as missing, or worse, dead. Areas of Miyagi Prefecture was completely annihilated with several thousand people unaccounted for, either missing or dead. You can lose your temper as much as you goddamn want but it won't do jack for these people, so you might as well not respond if something annoys you. Here's what Miyagi City looks like right now.

As stated by Baka, a meltdown of the nuclear powerplant will not cause as much damages as a nuclear bomb would do but it would still cause major pollution within a specific area, that is why they have evacuated people in a 10km radius around the powerplant.
The earthquakes is not what kills most people in Japan, they are used to earthquakes and knows how to take it calmly, however an earthquake of this magnitude is something they are not used to, just be glad the earthquake actually hit outside the shores and not in the mainland because that would have been bad. The tsunamis, or rather floods however is what has killed many people, they suspect several thousand dead and still now I think they have a confirmed number at 1000. Several people are also missing and wounded.
The Japanese government has been working hard to make safe zones and rescue operations to find the missing people, this is great, and I myself have made sure the people I talk to in Japan are okay, and they are.

Dumb suggestion is dumb. Call it Credits, done with it. Also, this forum is called "Site Support", not "Suggestions/Ideas".

Just don't be a complete retard and you'll get along with the rest of us all fine, even if you're under 13. I've met people in their 20's who are pretty retarded and cannot spell for poop, and hell at least you know how to spell properly!
