OK here is my Improved Version.

Well you are in Sinho, and your in Veilstone ,and this Man and lady are Pacing around frantically, so you talk to one of them and then they tell you about these thief's, that came in with there diglets and dugtrio. and trashed the restaurant   and stole 5,000 Poke-dollars. and then they tell you that there is a Health inspector coming to judge there Restaurant. and then the health Inspector comes and say's." what is this mess". they say it was the thief's, but he doesn't believe them and says that he is going to shut the place down. and then they ask you if you can find the thief' and bring them back. you say yes. and then they give you clues where they might be. and then your off.

Stuff that happens on the Quest in order.

Well the clues they give you lead to this old lady that got push by the thief's. and then she tells you that they went to the forest and then you go and you see them on the out skirts of the forest. and then you beat the first witch has. 2 diglets. and then the second guys has. two dugtrios. and then you beat them and bring them bakc. but then on escape's and then you bring the guy you have. and bring him back to the restaurant. and then you go look for the other guy and then baet his dugtrio's. and then you bring him back to the restaurant. and then the Judge come's and then he say's he won't destroy the restaurant. and then she ask's you to get some cleaning supplies. and the stuff she ask you to get is

A bucket of water. from nurse joy.

A broom from the Pokemart.

a bar of soap from the gym leader. i there town.

and then she cleans up the restaurant. and thanks you and then give you.

1,000 Dollars.
Poke Flute.
Luxury Ball.
2 Rare candy.
Moon stone.

and the Poke-Flute helps you get to the next city. Because the is a snorelax blocking the path. and it give you a chance to catch a snorelax.

so there it is new and improved. hope you like.

So what do you think?

Well there would be a guy Pacing around and you would talk to him and then he told you about the sleeping snorelax. and then he would tell you how to get a Pokemon Flute that would wake the snore lax up. and then you could catch the snore lax or not. and then you could get through to the next city.

Well when you first play the game there would be a guy with a this on his head ! And he would say something like. Can i teach how too use your stuff. and you would say yes. and then he would show you how to use your basic tools and how to catch and battle wild pokemon. and he would ask you for a battle and you would say yes and then he would give you a techy tv. that would show you how to use your stuff. (supporting idea Pokemon Zoo.) and then he would take you to get your pokedex and he would take you to the Pokemon zoo too help you with your pokedex. and that's My Quest.

What if you went there and the tribe only allowed you to take one of the shiny Pokemon with you. 

You guys now how in every Pokemon Game. when you get your first Pokemon. you get attack't  by a wild pokemon. so i thought what if they use that in the game. tell me what you think. and forgive me if this was said. 

And one more thing. Pokemon ping Pong its the thing from Pokemon diamond and pearl. it where pokemon and trainer do ping pong against another team. and Pokenavi. all it would do is show you when NPC would be ready to battle you again and so you could call your friends.
 

Well here are my Ideas.

Idea 1. well if Miryus is its own region then shouldn't it have its own legendary Pokemon.
Idea 2. when you are battling it should show you pokemon attack.
Idea 3. should be trains also to get to the other regions.
Idea 4. you should be able to use all of the HMs.
Idea 5. PvP Stadium. Were trainers go to battle. and trade.
Idea 6. Pokenavi. that cell phone thing in pokemon emerald.
Idea 7. Battle frontier.
Idea 8. 1 to 7 Islands. like on pokemon leaf green.
Idea 9. Special events, and holidays.
Idea 10. Poketch. that watch thing in pokemon Diamond and Pearl.
Idea 11. Pokemon contests.
Idea 12. Pokeblocks. and puffins.
Idea 13. when you start in Miryus. you should be able to pick Miryus starter pokemon.
Idea 14. Battle tower.
Idea 15. that Pokemon ring game. where the Pokemon fly up and catch it and put it on the bar.
Idea 16. Pokemon Ping Pong.
Idea 17. a Pokemon Universe Library, For beginners.
Idea 18. Special Pokemon like spiky ear pichu.
Idea 19. Pokemon and Trainers clothes store.
Idea 20. A Trainer Furniture Store.

And those are my Ideas for Pokemon Universe.
