General Chat / Is this game still being worked on?

this game has been announced since 2009 and since then I have yet to see even a beta release. I am not trying to insult anyone, I am simply asking if it is still being worked on. Also, im not sure if it was an april fools joke, but the ulitmate answer board said it would be released today on april 1st.
