It's not bad you ask who he is. But they way you ask it.
Seriously, who the hell are you? That kind of stuff may scare people away, because they might think the community if full of assholes.
I know all the regular visitors are like one big group of friends, but stay nice to the new people and who knows; maybe they stay around and become active because they like you
Wise words, and then after they become regulars and you become buddies then you can mess around with them!

I ended up downloading the entire series, though i watched it in a funny order, I watched DBZ then DBGT, then the original Dragon Ball, have to admit, the original dragon ball may not have had as intense of action scenes, but it was way funnier.
And regular dangers were an actual threat to them in the beginning.

I didn't watch a whole lot of the pokemon series, I saw a lot of the gen 1 stuff and some gen 2...
But I was wondering, does Ho-Oh count as Gen 1 or Gen 2, I know they officially introduce him in Gen 2 and give background on all his abilitities, but because he was seen in the first episode as an unknown pokemon, or sometime like that does he count as Gen 1?

Maybe it's time for real, evil doers in pokemon. No more of the "I'm gonna steal you pokemon then rule the world!!!"
It might be time for more of this "Charizard Go! kill them all! AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" or this "Weezing use smog" (People then start dropping from the toxic fumes and actually get hurt)
Then you defend the people from getting killed by a giant flying fire lizard.
But, it prolly won't happen.
But really it would be kinda cool to have a dark twist on pokemon.
OR better yet
Fallout 4: Pokemon
A fallout pokemon game.
Instead of followers you get pokemon to follow you. Forget the mutant thing and the awesome black guy and the dog. You would have a Charizard following you everywhere and helping in battles.
Awesome right?
A darker twist on pokemon would be neat... Odd but neat, but I don't see why they are constantly inventing new pokemon, I'd like to see a return of gen 1 pokemon, and maybe just introduce some new gameplay aspects, I've only ever played red but I read up on the other ones and they pretty much just forget the old pokemon...

I like your second idea, but it would have to be a very high number because if you get a very powerful tm like hydro pump or earthquake then you don't want them to be able to teach it to every pokemon.
Maybe after you learn it, in the beginning there is only a 25% chance it will work and you can increase it eventually to say maybe a cap of 60% and afterwards if it fails you have to wait maybe a day before you can try it again.
Or to balance things out maybe make it so that the difficulty of learning the TM is based on the strength of it, so say water gun, that would be an easy one in comparison to hydro pump.
Or possibly you could evolve the TM's your trainer can learn. So you start off by teaching water gun, and then eventually it becomes hydro pump.

Pokemon 2000 was good, So was both the ones with mewtwo, and the one with entei, those are the only ones I've watched all the way through.
After that I lost interest in pokemon.

Gameplay-wise I would probably go with squirtle as it is more my style, it has high defense and has some decent water moves...
In real life (if it was real), I would pick charmander because it eventually turns into charizard which I could train to fly me places.
