Use GIMP, it is free, and works like photoshop.
It attempts to work like PS, but no exaggerating. It still hasn't got a lot of functions that are needed.

I got back after a long period of idleness. I got some personal problem: moving back to my homeland, some pc issues, cualification exams for my school, so I just needed a break, but I decided to come back.
