I'm just 13 years old you see. Ok, my cousin ( an adult programmer) he use internet and book(i see the price a small book will high price). And 'll say that NO ONE WILL TEACH YOU!!!!!! Really, expert programmer won't teach you stuf  ( I think some may). But you can find expert programmer in Linux. Good Luck finding many programming stuff. :)

beside those regice, regirock , regigas and registeel are good to if they are high lvl (almost more than 70) as my thought arceus was the strongest
