I would hope so, in all pokemon games you can name them That may be, but I've run into a couple of Pokemon MMOs where you cannot name your Pokemon. Which is why I'm wondering about this one.

Is the game itself going to have a chat filter? Because if so, you can use the same words as that uses.

How hard would it be to put a list for blocked words, like most games do. I'm sure that you can find a list somewhere on the internet.

I wouldn't see why they couldn't see the Nickname. It would make having good names worth it, and add a bit more uniqueness and customization to the game.

Are you going to be able to name your Pokemon? I would personally like to be able to, and most Pokemon MMOs don't let you, and I know someone who will only play a Pokemon MMO if they can. Will you be able to?
