Example Set
Bulky phazer @ Leftovers
252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Water Absorb, Relaxed Nature
- Scald
- Circle Throw
- Focus Punch
- Toxic/Hypnosis/Substitute

Explanation of Set
This set works best with entry hazards like Spikes or Toxic Spikes. Scare something and Focus punch away. If they set up on you, use Circle Throw on them to force them out. Scald works well with it's burn chance and STAB which is even more useful thanks to your increased SpA. The last move is up to you. Toxic can wear your opponents down (like Jellicent, who you can't touch otherwise) but Hypnosis gives you even more chance to Cirle Throw or Focus Punch your opponents around. You could also use Substitute there instead for a more classic SubPuncher set.
