Carnival City

I brought up the idea of a carnival city in the PU minigames thread, and I wanted to see what people thought and what ideas they had.
Examples of ideas would be:
-Name
-Location
-Size
-Transportation access
-Minigames inside
-Style of buildings

Carnival Island
On an separate island from mirus.It is on a seperate page added once you get the call
How ever many minigames (or whatever it shall be) there are that determines the size.
After you get the sixth (maybe) gym badge you recieve a call from the owner saying he sees skill in you.
I dunno maybe like a claw machine with pokemon or something like the pokeatholon (Hgss)
I sort of carnival game with pokemon themes.
Like tents maybe.

Extra Ideas:Prizes could be like maybe a pokemon toy (like goes in your secret base on the games)
or tickets that can buy you pokemon or items (revives,hyper potions,)

Carnival City sounds rather interesting idea. But from what I think, Battle Frontier seems to replace this idea in my opinion.

    I was thinking about some sort of Frogger type game to put in, too. You have a Lotad instead of the frog, and other pokemon filling the roles of cars and alligators, such as Donaphans and Gyarados.

Well obviously it is pokemon so why shouldn't we not use pokemons. It would be rude not using pokemons as frogs even there is a frog pokemon.
