will there be a fiture that allows you to speak true mics while using pokenav pokegear or your own pokemon invention.
 that you can talk to eachother with your own voice.
so you can speak things if your not in a battle because that will be fun,but you can only talk with a special ID thats on your trainer card?
its just like a friend list.

i see no point in implimenting an actual voice chat system into the game, as most people would use programs like ventrillo and mumble

I dunno... If that was a public thing they would just bother everyone saying the same thing over and over, and even cussing out loud just to get banned... :/
Or just say every single detail of something until they bore everyone nearby.

Chibi pretty much nailed the reason that a public voice chat would be a terrible idea. It wold require near full attention from a GM or Mod just to avoid issues. PU already has a dedicated Ventrilo channel. Anyone can go there.

Yeah a VoIP would be really really out of control. A lot of guilds i been in on MMO's have trouble sometime with just their 30-150 members causing problems.
