Base Stats: Will some Pokemon be generally unusable?

I'm just hoping that not everybody will be running around with things like Salamence, Tyranitar, and Blissey once the game starts.

Because they completely overshadow other Pokemon who have similair yet lower stats than these pokes.

Will there be balance, PU team?  Or will "good" pokes always be the pokes to use?

Anybody have similair concerns?  Can't wait to find out when the game is released.

I am the head of the Balance Team (I would assume) - and as such, it's in my job description to hate on Blissey, and slap people who use it on their teams.

Actually it's not, but yeah - the game will be balanced to the UU metagame.
NU pokes will be brought up, OU taken down.
