Finding a Feebas is a pain in the butt.

Does anyone know why finding a Feebus is so hard. Milotic is a great pokemon, but does finding its preevolved form really need to be that difficult? Does anyone know why the devs did this?

I'm just asking because I'm curious. If the PU team wants to make Feebus easier to find I'm all for it, but I'm mainly asking just because I'd like to know if there's a big reason the devs decided to make Feebus such a pain to find.

You just need to know where to look.

In RSE, Go To Rt. 11(6/9 not sure) Use Super Rod on stream(It should be the one that runs by the Weather Institute).

Keep at it, Feebas in No time.

I have tried combing the squares in Sapphire on that route, but I don't have the patience to search all of them. I used the old rod so I wouldn't catch as many other kinds of pokemon.
