Erm... you can fgure it out on your own if you snoop about for a little bit.
"New Trainer": 0 starts; zero posts
"Beginnning Trainer": 1 star; ten posts
"Normal Trainer": 2 stars; one hundred posts
"Good Trainer": 3 stars; six hundred posts
Nobody's passed Good Trainer yet. Staff gets a whole bunch of green stars.
