Well welcome to my compound, it is usually a lot cheerier, but an army is on its way. Right this way.
I led him into the building... But Kain was there.

poop happens, you can make all the plans in the world, but when poop hit the fan you have to move fast or get left behind. If I didn't have 3 helis on my ass I would have waited...

"Oh, I know what riddle. You ask either man what door the other would say leads to torture. They will both direct you to the door which leads to paradise. How does that relate, though?"

"All you really need to know is how to ask..."
The thrill in playing a game does not come from our chances of winning. It is the weight and pressure of losing that fuels our fascination. It is why people challenge, why they gamble and why they compete. The adrenaline that comes from defying defeat is what motivates us.

Stefan shrugged, turning off the news. He didn't care much about Justin Bieber's thirtieth year without going through puberty.

Calx pulls off of the road and turns the car off, grabbing his sniper and opening the door of the car, he walks aorund to the passenger side and begins to head into the woods.

"Woah, slow down, partner! Why are we stopping here?"
Stefan got out of the car, opening the Astrid's door. It was about time for her to wake up.

"If you can't figure it out, you can't have any."
He approaches a tree, and begins to climb, his Barrett swaying back and forth.

Stefan shook Astrid gently on the shoulder.
"C'mon, Astrid. Time to wake up."
"Mmm... okay."
She immediately closed her eyes again. It reminded Stefan of himself. Unbuckling her seatbelt, he lifted Astrid up, pulling her by the wrist in Calx's direction.
"Steffy, I said okay... I'll be up in a second."
...Steffy?
Only one person had ever called him Steffy before. The thought of that person sent shivers down his spine.
"You'll be up now. I'm not leaving you in a stolen and extremely conspicuous vehicle when we've just escaped from one of the largest and most heavily armed organizations in the world."

Noone could see Calx from below anymore, only the muzzle of his rifle, poking out of the leaves.

A scruff of brown catches his eye 400 meters away, his scope snapes to it, and he fires a single round, and drops back down out of the tree, walking towards his target, unsheathing his knife as he walked.

Reaching his destination, he grabs the now headless deer with his right arm, and drags it into the open, immediately gutting it with smooth, expert movements.

"...Ah. Hunting."
Stefan sat down, watching Calx cut apart what was once a deer.

Calx places the now cut deer steaks on a pile of leaves he tore from a tree. Cleaning his knife of blood, he begins to search for some firewood.

Stefan looked over to Astrid. There wasn't a single callous on her hand, and her arms weren't particularly thick with muscle, either. Why had she been brought to Omnicide?

Calx examines the zippo lighter, flicking the lid on and off. On and off. Cracking the case on a nearby rock, he pours the lighter fluid onto the newly formed pile of dry branches.

"Now where am I to get a lighter?" he asks, rolling his head in the direction of the other two.
