Just going to point out right now that Dragon Tail is a lower priority move--it will always go last. Haxorus can learn X-scissor which is super effective. More than likely, since Megainum is not an offensive poke, Haxorus will win this.

Ya meowth isnt the brightest guy on PU so dont worry about it.

I stalled with my Sigilyph. it burned almost all of his team then air slashed them to death...

I was the same way. You just need to study up on move pools and other stuff. Smogon is a good place to start.

You are currently very weak to Ground moves.
If you want a Dragon Pokemon, I'd go Hydreigon. It has levitate to alleviate that weakness, and decent switch ins.
