OK, knights, know it's been a while, but things got busy with preparations for the tourney. We lost , but it's all good, we put up a good fight. Now back to guild business. The deadline for the arch knight selections is near, and only hunterstride has sent me his nominations. If these are the only nominees, they will be made Arch  Knight, and with that can begin our champions tourney. This will determine who of us can claim the rank of champion, and be the poster person for our guild, and battle strategist as well. The chamion really has no obligations but to be champion, and I'll run the next tourney for the full game to decide our next chamion. It doesn't matter if you think you're bad at battling, check out smogon.com teambuilder for a good reference. It has up to gen 4. Now, I say it is only a reference, not everything on there is perfect, so use it to start a base for your team, then make changes where you see fit.For gen 5, you may have to internet search for those if you're still unsure. This will be a knights only tourney, no one outside the guild may enter unless they have special permission, or in place of battling, be a coach for anyone who doesn't battle competitively. I for one will be a coach, I wont be in this tourney, being head knight is one thing, being champion and head knight is too much. So, if you think you have what it takes, then send me a PM and I'll place you on a list. But the Arch Knights have to be chosen first before this tourney can happen.

Id apply,but nah,im lazy as hell to do thinks,and being a counsil like think is just too boring.Ive add experiences from other mmorpg,altough im a good one,i dislike being one.

Btw i don't think that the champion could be able to assign 2-3 strategist's of it's own.Because one person can't possibly can't do that alone.Unless he/she is red lol.

Welcome hinata, i cant do what you did on my keyboard, looks awesome. John, the champion would be considered a battle strategist, not an actuall job though. Having the champion title is more like a trophy, and they can still do what they want to do.
