You need 30 HP for this, no 31 IVs for you.
This set is absolutely beastly, now that Stealth Rock isn't around - and it's a damn good reason to pack a Quagsire - who can take this set all day. Priority also beats it if you can take the sub out.
When Charizard gets +6 Atk, and < 1/3rd health, it has 4x Damage from Belly Drum, and then its Fire Punch has 1.5x Damage from Blaze, resulting in 6x Damage...
Salac allows a sweep, go for it.
