Let's see, this is gonna be long.
Summary: I love flying and everything that flies (the pic in my avatar is a sailplane, and I am a glider pilot). I also like fire types and electric types, dragons and anything that I think is cute but not disgustingly so.
Charizard (no explanation needed)
Ivysaur (but not Venusaur, he is too fat)
Pidgeot (still one of the coolest birds)
Pikachu and Raichu (but not Pichu! it has a stupid oval head like so many cheap new Pokemon)
Arcanine (again, no explanation needed)
Scyther (and Scizor I spose)
Gyarados (I like chinese dragons, with their ferocious or serene expressions and long bodies)
Eevee and its evolutions (don't think this needs explanation)
Articuno (Ice bird, looks great)
Dragonair (pity Dragonite looks too cute/rounded/cartoony)
Mew! It's so cute!
Cyndaquil, Quilava and Typhlosion (I am a sucker for fire types and ferrets)
Furret (I know it's weak but it still looks good)
Lanturn (I can't explain this one, it just looks friendly)
Ampharos (I am a sucker for electric types but so few look as good as this one, and it evolves from sheep, lol)
Shuckle (it looks so innocent and clueless but it's a beast in battle)
Skarmory (one of my absolute favourites, a steel type bird!)
Lugia, Latios and Latias (they are so graceful and kind)
Blaziken (see a pattern here with my choice of starters? maybe it's just because the fire-type is usually the coolest!)
Linoone (another weak ferret, I wish they were stronger so I could have a ferret team
)
Taillow and Swellow (I love swallows, and these two look great)
Breloom (an Ampharos lookalike, I just like the style)
Ninjask (one of the few bugs that look cool, it helps that it flies)
Flygon (I love this one, everything about it. Colour, flight, body style... it just looks awesome)
Milotic (I wish it wasn't pink, but I like this because it's like Dragonair)
Tropius (it's a palm/banana tree that flies, enough said.)
Rayquaza (yeah, it's another long dragon)
Piplup (cute little thing, didn't like any other starter or any of the evolutions)
Buizel and Floatzel (sea weasels! I love these guys. You can count on me having one in PU)
