If you know how to predict your opponent down to the detail, you'll be able to use this set. It's entire goal is to act out of what you think your opponent is about to do to you. Snatch will provide you with boosts and Magic Coat will provide a prober defense against Toxic and similar moves.

The main thing to this set is the STAB use of Retaliate which with Choice Band will deal an enormous amount of damage if this little guy is switched in after one of your Pokemon has died.
