Well... the only thing thats left to say is: We can only designate users to be selected as "veterans" shortly before the release.
By loving so many, I have touched their lives and helped them rebirth as well. To be strong is to instill strength in another.

Over a year ago we wiped everyone who hadn't been online for ages back then. (with a notice first of course) and that might why you can't log in even thought you typed in the right information.

On the note of this idea: it's a nice idea, Just not sure how it would work without giving advantages to you guys and still keep it unique.

How about giving the veterans a pokemon that can't be obtained until latter in the game? Or Evan doing it so they get a non evolved, non legend, pokemon of there choice, or make a list of other pokemon they can chose one from to be there starter

EDIT:And I meant the evolved non legend pokemon would be there starter, in my case it would be a Ralts, those are just my ideas, I bet this isn't what we will do but it might work.

oh thanks for the info although that doesn't really matter because i basically forgot everything about my first acc, because this is basically how my story on pu goes:

09' hmm i wanna play pokemon again.....*goes to pwo*..... crap i forgot my login, no problem ill make a new one! Crap pwo doesnt accept registrations anymore  :'( *le google* searches for pokemon mmo and stumbles upon PU ......... yay, registers and goes to download ............ crap in development ............... stays active for a few months then looses interest in pokemon again.

2010' crap i dropped my nds in the snow how will i play pokemanz now  >:( ...........*le think* .... then i remember about PU and goes to login but crap i forgot login, *le register* *le download* ....... crap still in development, no problem ill stick around should be released soon  ;D months later i lose interest in pokemon again

Present Day' 2011 Gains interest again and goes to check if PU has been released and ................... crap still in development but it's cool ill make new acc and  i'll stick around and be active!

Well if it's a special area that can be accessed only by the 'veteran' players, and it wouldn't really give an advantage I wouldn't mind being permitted into it. But if it's some special item or Pokémon that can be only attained later on in the game, than I pass. I like to start from scratch.

Veteran's area would be fine in game long as it doesn't provide any advantages to the vets of pu over the newbies.
Also if we're talking how long we have been here, I've been a part of the Pu community since it started almost.

Basically my idea is just rooms, with different cool things. no advantages, mebbe it could also be like a hotel, but it was complementery. IDK where it would be though. Mebbe in the middle of the islands, was like, that island, with the mansion or something.

We won't forget our long-time members, contributors or simply people that kept us company in chat. Some special area is a possibility. We'll think of something :)

I'd like a nice little house on an island to myself.

...That's it, really. Assuming that's gonna be on the market anyway, I really don't care if this idea's put through or not.

Although, I can already see the baby whiners doing their baby whining.

this sounds like a good idea. (course, i joined way too late for it. but watever. XD) a lounge area for the people that have been waiting so patiently for (apparently) years sounds like a good reward. but thats just my opinion.

I like how his grammar is terrible.

Also I think this could be a good idea.  I like meowth's Idea of a unique starter, though I would still pick Chimchar.  As for the area, It could have shops that sell the same items as shops elsewhere, a pokecenter and maybe a battle center(Pvp and no levels could be gained from it, that way there is no advantage).  It could also hold secrete bases for the veterans.

I think I've been a member for a decent amount of time though this summer I took some time off and traveled a bit.  While I don't know if i'd be welcome in the veterans area or not, I like the idea of it.
