I was extremely determined for this, she was the first thing to attack me here, so it only seemed appropriate that I take her on.

I'll get some recovery items ready, that way, we can have supplies for ourselves and our pokemon.

I went over to the fire, pulled out my cooking container, and began combining ingrediants, making as much as I could for what could happen.

I reached into the small pouch I always carried at my waist, pulling out some bandages.

I completely forgot about my hands, I guess I was ignoring the pain. I let the ingredients combine in the container, and allowed Ayara to mend my hands.

I took my hands from Ayara, the healing powder I was making was done.

Everyone take some, this can provide temporary relief from pain for you and your pokemon. And, Calvin, I understand what you mean. Lucy is yours.

James, don't worry, I'll be there right beside you, and you too as well Ayara, I'll keep you guys safe.

I wasn't too sure of this, but I felt like I was more of a burden than a asset for this team. If I had to die, then so be it, at least they would have it easier.

"James, calm down. After all, just a little while ago we were surrounded by a horde, PLUS Lucy. *bitter* And Maxwell, you don't have to try and comfort me. I'm perfectly used to dangerous situations. They pop up a lot on the streets."

I took a torch as well. The fire gave me a bit more courage.

Calvin, do you know any way we can harm ghosts, in case the situation gets out of hand for all of us. You want us to go against 41 ghosts, then go after Lucy. There has to be something, and knowing you, you may have tried something.

I remembered what he said about the children.

I know you said you don't want them destroyed, but they will try to kill us, and if we don't have any weapon to ensure our safety, we might as well be dead once inside. Fire can only do so much, it can't repel flying objects.

I clutched my side, where the chair hit me in that house, it hurt a bit.

And our pokemon are basically useless, unless they can keep us safe or provide an easy escape. I learned quite a bit for being here a short time, and I understand how they work, but we need to be able to attack.

I stared at Calvin, I know he would blow off my speech, but the truth was there. We can't win if we can't hurt these things, especially Lucy.
