Explanation of Set
Should be pretty simply. Magic Guard removes Life Orb recoil - while you can smack opponents around with your 3 attacks.
If, for whatever reason, you're not terrified for your life during a turn - set up a Sub or CM.
Subs are useful for block Pursuit.
