Her voice hitched for a second when she said her friends were dead, but by sheer force of will Silene was surviving. Warren wouldn't wallow in self pity if she died, he'd get revenge on her killers.

Athena sent Jake the golden Apple and then she paused to read Efialtes mind. She then knew what he wanted. She quickly spoke to Hades and had him bring back Fluffy, then as an extra gift because the dog died to save her son she linked the conscious of Efialtes and Fluffy so they could always speak to each other.

I knew well enough shadow travel would alert the god's and allow them to track the user, Felix had warned me about this.
