The first of the Ravagers slam into the shield, then a second one, and soon a third one. After about thirty seconds about fifteen Ravagers are all attacking the barrier at once, in the distance the Locust cloud is getting closer and closer...

Warren stood and released Jake then held his arms open, he began to channel the powers of Athena reinforcing the shield

Then stab me Jake son of Hades, because I will not pick up a blade against you.

[lubbies]

I stand up, blade in hand,

Me-As you wish... Wait what am I saying... Die... No... Die... No!

I clutch my head in pain. I scream in agony then pass out.

Warren ran up to his now unconscious friend and placed his hand on his head, was that a second conscious he seensed and it had very malovent purposes. Warren quickly locked the darker conscious in the back of Jakes mind then woke jake up by stimulating his brain

You alright.

[Mr. Fox]

As Jake falls to the ground the Locust swarm reaches the barrier and begin to aggressively attack it. I have the order to stop in the back of my mind just encase, but for now, kill them.

[lubbies]

Me-no, how long do you think it can be held?

I shiver while thinking what I might do.

Me-whatever "it" is if I can't get rid of it I'll get rid of me.

Tears well in my eyes and they stream down my face.

Warren quickly touches Felixs conscious and communicattes

Call them off somethings wrong with Jake i'll get back to you in a second.

Warren the looks down at Jake and says

If you stay close to me I can always keep it at bay but we'll have to find a more permanent arrangement. And do you really think I'd let anyone but me take you out.

[lubbies]

Me-what if he gets stronger...

I look at the blob.

Me-you never told me why you're riding a ball of fat.

At once there is calm as the Locust retreat. The Ravagers go silent at the same moment and stand around. I reach out for the mind of the largest one and speak through it.

Then the Ravagers also retreat, and I dig into my salad.

Then Warren held out his hand for Jake to take and said

I look at Lightnings legs and they have gashes.

Me-dawww you poor thing.

It whines, I turn to Silene.

Me-don't think I trust you for a minute.

Jake you need to listen to me so we can get this Silene thing cleared up. Silene would you come here please

Silene nodded and hung her head in shame all the way over then she looked at Warren for support. Warren grabbed her hand and squeezed then began

before Jake could respond he passedout and Warren caught him and sighed, would they never clear this matter up. He walked over to Asmodeus and slung Jake over him. Then he and Silene hopped on, and they flew to the Cleanser once Asmodeus landed he jumped off and carefully put Jake on the ground his head resting on Asmodeus softt golden feathers. Then he helped silene down and wnet to Felix saying

We need to talk about Jake and your methods to convince people to join you.

I closed my eyes again, resting my head against the chariot's side.

I opened my eyes, raising my head back up so I was looking at him. I watched as he woke Efiliates.
Bio...Next time we come across him, I won't be going so easy on him. He caught me off guard this time. It won't happen again.
I closed my eyes again, thinking of all the lonely nights, wandering among the dark alleys...

As Warren stormed in spewing his rant at me it caught the attention of two Sacred Swordsmen, who both reached for their swords. I held up my hand letting them know they could relax, then I finished the food in my mouth before clearing my throat.

"This is the way it has been done for millennial. You either serve The Father in your body, or one of his choosing. All human based life forms are mine to use. I am the closest thing to a divine protector for them! NOW I SUGGEST YOU KEEP YOUR F*CKING MOUTH SHUT OR THERE WILL BE GRIMM REPERCUSSIONS!" I took another bite of my salad, chewed it up, swallowed it then took a nice long drink out of my water flask. "Even if I have to punish you through Silene I will, do not mistake kindness for weakness Warren. Now get some rest, we will be arriving in a few hours."

I stood up and left the room with the two Sacred Swordsmen right behind me. I found a suitable room and fell asleep for a little bit.
