Tylan and Daylin nodded at Alala, then turned the corner. What they saw cause them to instantly summon there weapons, jumping back Daylin whispered to Alala

Look around the corner.

Both Tylan an Daylin then cautiously peeked around the corner and then stepped completely out of hiding. In front of them was a ferocious creature, standing at nearly twenty feet tall its horns scraped the top of the maze, its human torso packed with muscle and its meaty bull like legs made the ground tremble with each step. On its back was a large wooden club, the size of a tree and Daylins eyes widened, that thing swas big! Both the brothers clenched their weapons in anxiety and then turned to Alala and Vin.

Tell the others to hurry up, this is gonna be one big battle.

"Something that big isn't as bad as you would think..."

Thinking quickly on the subject of that type of monster..

"2 legs 2 arms 1 head..............Alright best thing to do in this situation is..."

I took a quick peek and yanked it back, a minotaur?!?! I ran twards the laggers others.

Guys hurry up, it's a minotaur! And a big one, we gotta back Daylan and Tylan up!

I sprinted back to them and redied my sword.

A minotaur in a maze... reminds me of something I heard in a book once... who was it?

The twins could hear Alala talking as we caught up to the others.
"4 legs 2 arms 1 head..............Alright best thing to do in this situation is..."
"Distraction immobilize then kill..."

Ayara and Artemis moved forward, taking places next to the others.
Artemis and I both have long and short distance weapons. We can be put where ever you want us.
Artemis looked at the Minotaur.
This will certainly be an interesting fight.
A minotaur in a maze... reminds me of something I heard in a book once... who was it?
The twins both glanced at each other, then at Vin.
Theseus, in the Labyrinth. He used string.
Given to him by princess Ariadne, to find his way back out.
Course, then he left the princess on an island. But for now, we should worry about that.
Ayara jerked her head towards the Minotaur, in case anyone was DENSE enough to NOT know what "that" was.

Tylans head flew to the side as something caught his eye, the Minotaur had noticed them!

Then he rolled to the side, Daylin running beside them as the beast ran at the spot that the brothers were just in, and the others were still in, and swung the tree trunk club!

You all move!

efialtes turned into a bird and flew out of teh way...

I can be a distraction!

He quickly turned into a eagle.

Are there any weak points I can use to annoy it?

I gasp as I see the Minotaur go into action....
I quickly dive roll into the hall way that the Minotaur was in. Avoiding the crashing blow of club.

"If we are doing this lets do this quickly there is no more time to think about it....Action everyone do it!"
"First part!"

I drop my spear for a moment and grab one of my daggers getting ready to throw it into his arm to get his attention.

"Efialtes if you can go for his eyes!" "Blind him!"

Ayara and Artemis both noticed the movement at the same time as Tylan.
Split!
Immediately, the twins both jumped to the sides in opposite directions, Ayara going left, Artemis going right.
"You all move!"
Already done that.
Both twins saw the movement as Efialtes turned into a bird.
I can be a distraction! Are there any weak points I can use to annoy it?
I don't know of a specific "weak point", but for now, try going for it's eyes! Don't let it catch you!
The twins simultaneously pulled out their long ranged weapons. (Ayara's bow and Artemis' knives)
Eat this, cow!
Ayara started taking quick shots at the Minotaur's unprotected areas-neck, legs, arms, whatever she could hit. Artemis began to do the same with her knives.

Efialtes "saluted" alala.

Yes mam!

Efialtes shot at teh minotuar and extended his claws at it.

I hope he doesn't catch me...

Tee Minotaur was hit with most of the knifes and arrows, but h grunted, they stung but nothing else thanks to his thick hide. He tried to grab the bird with one arm, while raising the club with the other arm, trying to crush Ayara, then Artemis in turn!

Tylan ran behind Daylin, the two charging at the Minotaur, weapons in there hands!

Efialtes was caught by teh minotuar, he started trying to flail.

I REGRET EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING I HAVE EVER DONE!

he quickly turned into a small lion and started trying to bit the thing so it would let go.

LEEEET GOOOOOOO!

I quickly drop my shield and grab both my daggers and hurl them at the Minotaurs hand that was holding him...
Picking my shield and spear back up. Getting ready for what came next..
Looking at Daylin and Tylan..

"Daylin! Tylan! Watch out for his legs they are extremely powerful!"

The twins saw as Efialtes was caught, but were too busy avoiding the Minotaurs club to lend aid.
You know, I really hate bulls. Especially bulls with clubs.
Ayara rolled to the side as the Minotaur swung at her again, cracking the stone where it landed.
Artemis could see as Alala was helping Efialtes.
Sister, we should move in!
Ayara nodded, darting forward under the club, moving towards the creatures feet. Artemis did likewise from the other. Both kept dodging blows as they went.
As huge as that damn thing is, we can't do this forever!
As the twins ran, they both switched to their close range weapons. (Ayara's Kusarigamas and Artemis' Quarterstaff.)

I was a bit late in my dodge timing, and got launched into a wall, a bit dased. When I came to the minotaur had Efialties! I got up a bit in pan and raised my sowrd chargiing my attack.

Eat this!

I fired an energy slash at the minotaur.

He roared out and dropped the lion, then stumbled back from the blast of energy! He roared out again and swung his tree trunk like club at Vin!

Tylan and Daylin

AS they got close enough to the Minotaurs leg, Daylin swung his sword cutting through tendons and causing it to kick out on instinct! Tylan twirled his staff in front of him, the blades on the ends glistening from the light of the torches as the marble the staff was made of collided with the hoof of a Minotaur! Tylan struggled to hold his ground, being pushed backwards slowly, his feet digging into the soil! Several cracks sounded though the area as crooked lines spread slowly down the center of Tylans staff, then the thing broke completely in half, shards of marble flying in all directons! Tyland had only a spli second o harden his skin before the hoof slammed square into his chest, lifting his feet from the groun d and slamming him into a wall, which broke under the pressure, causing Tylan to fly even further! Finally his back slammed into the ground and he skidded further, making makrs in the dirt and he gave a sigh, his chest really hurt! Black slowly consumed his vision and he whispered

Be safe, my brother.

Before lapsing into unconsciousness. Daylin gasped, he had seen his brother hit before, but he had never been thrown that far and he had never seen the staff shatter! The staff could probably mend itself and Daylin was more worried about his brother! He prepared to leap, the muscles in his legs bunching as he shouted
