2 tails- The Onix breaks out of the Pokeball....A little freaked out about being in that tiny ball...It starts to attempt to burrow to escape...

Lyn goes inside the cave in route 203, she looks arround, knowing that Oreburgh City would be aftet the cave

"mmm... I guess its time to search for another pokemon...mmm... lets see...."

She keeps looking arround the suddently a yellow head pops out behind a rock, checking better its Psyduck just minding its business, she smiles and nods

"Its gonna be you"

She picks up her pokeball and tosses it, making Shinx come out

"Okay Shinx, Tackle that Psyduck"

The small Shinx nods and starts running getting to the Psyduck and tackling it, as the Psyduck gets the hit but seems unresponsive then Psyduck out of nowhere lunges at Shinx using Scratch at a realy fast speed, making shinx gets knocked back a bit.

"Wow,That is strong, Shinx Leer"

Shinx starts leering at the Psyduck to impose fear to lower its defenses as Psyduck starts shooting water up, soaking up in water, using Water Sport.

"Use Tackle again"

Shins rushes to Psyduck and tackles it hard, making Psyduck fall backwards

"Allright its time now, go"

She picks up a pokeball and tosses it at the Psyduck, making the psyduck go inside the pokeball, as it starts to shake

Daylin

Hurry, Riolu stop it!

Riolu charged forward, slamming its glowing palm into Onixs head and knocking it back!

now finish this with Force palm!

Riolu ran forward, slamming its fist into the head of Onix! Onix fell to the ground, swirls in it seyes and Daylin threw a poke-ball.

Tylan

They arrived at Route 207 rather quickly and Tylan quickly left Baylee behind to search for pokemon. Sudenly a Machop sprang from the grass, charging at Tylan!

Starly go!

Starly came out with a coo, instantly charging and slamming into Machop, knocking him back!

Now, quick attack again!

Starly flew forward, its wing glowing and slamed it into Machop, instantly knocking it down, swirls appearing in its eyes.

Good job Starly, go poke-ball!

Baylee

As Tylan walked away Baylee began to search for pokemon. Rather quickly a Ponyta sprang out, its mane blazing.

Go Bulbasaur!

Bulbasaur appeared, quickly shouting its name!

Bulbasaur, watch out for that ember!

Bulbasaur dodged, the ember scorching the ground below him.

Now, trip it with vine whip and then tackle repeatedly!

Vine shot out, grabbing the front legs of Ponyta, ripping them out from under it and causing it to trip. Bulbasaur ran forward, slamming into Pponyta repeatedly until it cried out and fainted! Baylee threw a poke-ball and hoped she caught it!

1 head 1 tails- Some how it busted out again! With very little life it was frustrated. But ends up collapsing again.

Tylan

1 head 1 tails- The machop breaks out of the ball. Looking around it sees the Starly and jumps to attack it!

Baylee

2 heads- The pokeball sways for a moment and clicks showing the ponyta was caught! Congratulations!

Eventually after walking for a good while.
I came up onto a cave...

"Well Vixon this must be Oreburgh Gate."
"Well lets go through we need to get the Oreburgh and get me a gym badge!!!"

As the pokemon collapsed Daylin threw one more poke-ball. It wobbled three times, then clicked.

Sweet, Riolu we have a new pal!

Rio

They both pumped there fists into the air, before Daylin grabbed Onixs poke-ball. He released Onix, waving at him.

Welcome to the team, ready for a fight!

Onix roared in response and Daylin smiled happily. With Riolu on his shoulder and Onix following behind him they exited the mine, heading for the gym. After walking for several minutes they arrived, and Daylin returned Onix. Then walked inside.

Anyone here?I wanna fight the gym leader!

Tylan

Starly dodge and then use wing attack again!

Starly leaned side ways, etting machop go by, before slamming underneath its chin with wing attack! Tylan threw a poke-ball as it fell and it wobbled three times, then clicked, showing it was caught. Tylan returned Starly and whispered

You did great.

Then he picked up Machops poke-ball and clipped it to his belt.

Baylee

Smilling she hugged Bulbasaur, thanking him. Then she released Ponyta, patting its neck, avoiding the flames.

Thank you Bulbasaur, welcome to the team Ponyta!

She hugged Ponyta,avoiding the flames, while petting bulbasaur. after a moment she returned them both, then followed Tylan, who had begun walking to the cirty.

Lyn smiles looking at the Psyduck that releassed from the pokeball and smiles

"Tough one arent ya? well, Shinx Tackle again"

Shinx lunges quickly and tackles psyduck hard, as it stays down

"Allright then another go"

Lyn tosses the pokeball again and hits Psyduck that does inside the pokeball, it starts shaking alot then after a bit it stops, being caught

"Good job Shinx, you did good"

Shins nods and smiles happy as Ralts uses its confusion to pick up the pokeball and bring it to Lyn

"Thanks Ralts, now to go to the city"

She smiles as she picks up Shinx on her arms with Ralts and starts heading to the exit of the cave

Efialtes walked onto the route, when he trips, duskull floats out of the ground.

Duskull nodded. Efialtes started sprinting through, with duskull behind him, after a large bit of time they finally arrive at the cave.

Aah yes, caves, dark, damp, great for ghosts!

Duskull nods and grins, duskull starts playing around when it is attacked by a zubat using leech life.

Wow! Duskull, use nightshade!

Duskull dodges the leech life and then creates a mirage, causing some damage to teh zubat.  the zubat attacks again and this time gets a hit off.

DUSK SKULL! (OWOWO OUCH)

Duskull used nightshade once again, causing another mirage and causing damage to zubat.

Hrmm...Duskull, you aren't looking too good, this things tough... though its not looking too good either... do you want me to try and catch it, or do you want to KO it and go on?

Duskull used a nightshade as zubat used leech life, one more hit on either and they would go down.

Answers my question, QUICK! BEFORE IT ATTACKS AGAIN! night shade!

Tylan and Baylee

They walked quietly, heading towards the poke-center. Upon arriving, Baylee and Tylan quickly handed the nurse her pokemon. After a moment Nurse Joy handed them back, fully healed and refreshed.

I heard the gym here requires double battling.

Baylee looked shocked.

B-but, I don't h-have a partner.

Tylan chuckled.

You do to, me. Normally I would battle with Daylin, but he ran off. So, you're my partner. I suggest we practice team work a bit.

Baylee nodded, still in shock.

I assume you will be using bulbasaur, I'll be using Machop.

Tylan released Machop, who began randomly chopping the air. Baylee nervously released Bulbasaur.

Bulba, Bulbasaur!

Mach, Machop!

We can battle Sneasel and Starly.

Tylan released the said pokemon, who quickly prepared to battle.

Okay, lets begin! Machop, use focus energy!

A red glow surrounded Machop as he began to focus. Instantly Baylees battle instinct kicked in, and she began to command Bulbasaur.

Bulbasaur, use leech seed on Starly!

Insantly several seeds sot out of the buds of Bulbasaurs back.Two fell to the ground, in pieces, courtesy of Sneasel's scratch. But the last one hit Starly in the wing, quickly expanding and wrapping around its wing! It cried out in pain as its srength was sucked away, this was going to be a long battle!

Daylin

Daylin blusxhed in embarassment, he forgot this was a gym that required a partner. He went outside and waited at the door, seeing if he could find a partner. (Meowth, hurry up!)

Efialtes and duskull finally stumble out of teh cave.

YES! WE FINALLY MADE IT! WERE NOT GOING TO BE TRAPPED IN THERE FOREVEEEEER!

Duskull facepalms and they walk into the town.

Anywhere you want to go before the gym?

Duskull nods and points at the pokemon center.

They walk in and he hands the nurse duskull. about 10 minutes later he gets duskull back and walks out.

your teh same duskull, right? I've always wondered if they just throw the pokeballs into a furnace and give me a brand new one exactly like you.

They walk towards the gym, were Efialtes see's a guy standing infront of it.

May we have in? we'd like to battle the gym leader.

He excitedly stoodup.

You and me have to team up and double battle against this gym.

Excitedly he grabbed Efialtes arm and dragged him into the gym!

Tylan and Baylee

Machop, low kick!

Macho slammed its foot into Sneasel, who lay unable to move, pinned by Bulbasaurs vines. With a cry Sneasel collapsed by the fallen Starly.

Nice, I think we got this team work thing down.

Baylee nodded, returning her Bulbasaur and thanking it. Tylan returned both the fainted Sneasel and Starly, as well as Machop.

You did great guys.

Then the two walked to the pokemon center.

Jack entered the cave, not far behind Lyn, when a Zubat popped out in front of him.

You can go on, Lyn. I'll meet you there!

Then he sent out Riolu.

Use quick attack!

Riolu slammed into Zubat, and before it could recover, slammed into again. Zubat flew back, hitting the cave wall.

Good, Riolu, now do it again!

By this time Zubat was already coming in for an attack on Riolu.

Change of plans, use-

Riolu ran up to Zubat, and its fist began to glow. It slammed its hand into Zubat, paralyzing it.

Sweet! force, palm!

Jack threw a pokeball at Zubat, sucking it inside as it then began to sway.

Oreburgh Gym

Roark walking out from a back room from hearing someone in the Gym..

"Well how about that...I see you already know about the team battle rule."
"I accept your challenge as duty of the Gym Leader of this Gym. I will test your skills as teams!"

Walking up to the arena.

"The rules are simple you each choose 1 pokemon. Since I am by myself I will be calling out 2."
"The first side to lose both Pokemon loses the match."
"Are you ready to begin?"

As we looked around for a bit as we walked through the cave.
We could see some light at the end finally...

"Alright Oreburgh here I come!"

Bursting into a sprint to the exit.

"Hey Siren wait up!"

A few short moments later passing through the exit. We was finally at Oreburgh City.

He pointed to the field, his face set n grim determination. Riolu leaped from his shoulder, landing and supporting himself with one knee and his hand.

I will use Riolu for this battle.

Riolu pumped its fist into the air, showing it was ready!

Efialtes was suddenly pulled in.

Hey! I never agree- oh, we have to have a team? alright then. Go my only pokemon!

Efialtes called Duskull into his pokeball...

He sends duskull out onto the field..

"Well I guess that means you are ready...Lets see what you two got to offer!"
"Go Cranidos! This next pokemon I found while I was excavating at Mt Coronet. Lets just say it has become very special to me and really is a good way to test the trainers who come into this gym looking for a badge! Alright time to shine my new friend! Go Lunatone!"

Cranidos greets the Lunatone with a hearty smile.

"As challengers I will allow you go move first..Be warned though the arena is something of a challenge itself."

"Hmmmmm I wonder if there is any good Pokemon around here that could help me win in this gym..."
"Maybe I should go watch first to see what I am up against!"

Quickly running through the city I find a huge building with the Gyms crest on it.
Walking through the doors I could see 2 people battling already. So I just sit off to the side and watch...

"I thought gym battles were to be 1 on 1...That is odd."

Vixon

"Hmmm I think I want a geodude!"

Quickly walking to the Mine that was just south of the city..
Running around in it a bit a Geodude appeared in front of me..

"Yes! Go squirtle!" "Bubble attack!"

Squirtle shoots several bubbles out of its mouth and collides with the geodude being super effective..
The Geodude used rock polish then ended up using tackle at me!

"Squirtle watch out move to the side and use bub..."

Before I could finish squirtle was already hit..

"Bubble!"

Squirtle shoots the bubbles at geodude again hitting it again..Making it fall to the ground.

"Alright Pokeball go!"
