Aqua, you just made a mistake. Starly is swooping down, and using quick attack to gain momentum. Due to gravty Shinx will lose power as he jumps and in the end he will be screwed over.

Aqua, I have to say. I am using quick attack, you aren't taking it very seriously. It is quick attack for reason.......

And i have to say your making use of Quick Attack only to get the upper hand, and your using like they use it in the games, to allways hit first, realy in pokemon , quick attack its only used to make others have less reaction time unlike Tackle, its like a faster tackle. and in my opinion, your trying to overpower me by contantly using it, wanting to win by sure, even with your Riolu having type disanvantage over my Ralts, without making your pokemon be tired of even one bit when im making mine take more damage because of how it realy is, they are not lvl 50 or 100 pokemon, they are lvl 5 or 6 pokemon, which means they are weaker, and i used Growl on you and even so you want to hit with the same strength.

resuming, rply, im taking more damage than yous are, you dont even describe them getting tired from all the quick attacks, which have more effect on fatigue in pokemon than normal tackles.

I am using quick attack because it is the only move I have. Riolu had to hang on using endure, so one more hit and he is down. I am only saying it because you are having Shinx stop them with tackle, please don't let this turn into an agrument. No one has aimed at Starly, so he hasn't really taken much damage. As I said before, Riolu just needs to be hit once more. Riolu knows Counter, but you are using confusion, so it won't help. Starly knows... I think growl or something. I am only saying it because, as you said, quick attack is a fster tackle. But yet you are having yuor pokemon keep up with the quick attack by using tackle. using confusion during quick attack is possible, but how is Shinx keeping up with Starly...

Anyways, I don't want to start an arguemnt, so I'll drop it.

Ok I am gunna have to step in here..Yes they are both weak and they should be around lvl 8-10 for the ones who was in the event...well around those levels is from what I seen what everyone agreed on...Obviously the freshly caught pokemon would be around lvl 4-6 depending on if they battled yet or not...Because when you look on bulbapedia the pokemon on route 202 are max lvl 4 As I have said before I am going to be rather strict on the leveling to an extent..Battling a wild pokemon obviously wont get you 3 levels...But I will allow an event to.

I know you are trying to make it realistic and such but confusion does do 2x the damage ok It should beable to survive a hit.
On the note of Confusion though...I really don't see it having a range to it since most pokemon battles commence in a rather small arena type area.
Just wanted to point this out for future references..

For quick attack since we are using the bulbapedia for the pokemon and such from the games for appearances and such. I should have been more clear on this. But we are going to be trying to use the moves to as close as they are described in the Serebii as possible..Quick attack would strike first in this case..But yes dodging is allowed..

Be reasonable on both sides...Don't dodge everything that is thrown at you...It will take the fun out of it for the other side. And I don't want that happening...

Well, Riolu is running on steam. One more hit and he is down. Starly and Shinx should be about evenly matched since they were both just caught. Sorry if it seems like I spam quick attack. It is the only damaging move I have.....

ok but i dont get this last one... i mean he used Endure on the last attack to endure the hit, that means he was one hit away, and now he took another Confusion and still standing?...

Feel free to dodge it, this version of a quick attack is basically slow motion. It won't even reach Ralts... I plan on having him collapse on the way, there, lemme mod.
