Yeah, Medicham are found next to the cave. At least, in pokemon Platinum they are. ._.

I don't see a medicham anywheres in the bulbapedia page for those areas....

Edit: Sorry as my rule states can only catch pokemon available in those certain areas. If it isn't on bulbapedia or a similiar accurate site. I can not count it as an appearance. Thus for can not activate a coin flip for it.
