One of the reasons why the PS3 sucks, in my opinion anyway, is the system itself. I bought one a couple months ago and two weeks later it gave me some stupid error code. I ended up returning it. Now, a couple months later, I got another error code, and I'm going to have to send this "new" one back too. :| I'm still debating with myself if it's even worth the trouble anymore.

It's funny in a way because I had my X-box 360 for over four and a half years before something error-related happened to it.

That aside I have: Assassin's Creed II (<3), Fallout 3, Overlord II, Prototype, Infamous, and one other that I can't remember the name for right now. >_>;

That's probably what happened. I used all my game system luck on my X-Box 360 and there was none left for my PS3(s). :<

Not all xbox360 are faulty, you know? i still have mine since launch, and i bought an Elite and a PS3 last years for the bedroom. FYI my launch 360 is so dirty lol

The whole console war flaming going on between users is pointless, if you ask me. The systems were designed to do seperate things, so of course they are going to be different. The 360 was designed for middle class income and accessibility to most of the gaming community. The PS3 is sheer, over saturated, hardcore fandom.

I can list off good and bad for both consoles. The only real reason I got a 360 first was because of: A] Price. B] Better variety of games. I still want the RPG's on the PS3, though. I play my PS2 into submission quite frequently.

Something that could have caused the PS3 error is not turning the PS3 off right. I had the same thing happen to me, but luckily I got the second one to work and didn't have to send it back. It's been fine ever since.

I thought as much for the first one, but for the second I made sure to turn it off correctly every time I played it. The third one (the one I have right now) isn't acting up though...yet. :|

One good thing I can say about Sony is that their Support is much faster/better than Microsoft's.
