Well I'm interested in joining this R.P again, though I'm going to take a less...homicidal approach than I did last time. Besides the R.P has grown to a point where the rules are set and there are more limits to what a character can do, especially on their own. Not doing a horror character this time.

Well he definitly looked alot more diffrent than ANY knight that Naoron has ever seen, and plus he looked like he stayed up all night, wich he pretty much did, so he looks like he's been traveling alot in my point of veiw.

Lugia, everyone in kanto knows the knights, so you don't need to be disguised. It's johto where they don't have much influence, so they stay disguised there. Just saying.

Think of it this way, increased patrols means the knights are everywhere, which means they will check on someone acting suspicious, which means no chance for team rocket to spy, even in the sky. knights use the land, sea, and air. hence my chosen pokes.
