Shadowfred:
I figure I might as well get this out here. It's everyone's favourite rotom!

Rotom-H @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 240 Def / 240 SpDef / 28 SpAtk
Modest Nature (+SpAtk, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Pain Split
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower / Overheat

This is the best Rotom. Thunder Wave -> Pain Split -> ATTACK!!

zorocario:

Gender; Female
Ability: Flash Fire
EV's:252 SpA/252 Spe/ 6 hp

^ This is surprisingly beastly, which is why I use it in my main team.

My signature set:

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Spikes
- Toxic
- Roost
- Whirlwind

Completely walls physical attackers.  Can't be Toxic'd.
Switch out when special attackers come in.
Get your spikes up while a Physical attacker attempts to damage you.
Roost off the damage dealt.  Toxic early for residual damage.
Spikes+Whirlwind is a good way to take off health from the opponent.
Whirlwind to stop opponent setting up.

Mr. Fox:
This is a newer set that I randomly gave to a hariyama to test out new moves, and it works wonders stopping physical walls in their tracks.

Hariyama: Guts
Evs:252 Def, 252 SpD, 4 Hp
Item: Leftovers
Moves: Knock Off, Rock Smash, Whirlwind, Protect/Earthquake.

So basicly you come in while a physical wall is trying to set up, knock it item off, then whirlwind it out and just own everything else with rock smash. Unfortionaly this set has a perfect counter, Unaware. That means that a Curse Quagsire will always win. But heck, why fight it face to face? Just take its item and force it out.

Earthquake seems pretty useless with Rock Smash, they both affect mostly the same pokemon but rock smash gets better power. Stone Edge, however matches up really well, even if the accuracy is lower.
