Quiver Dance to be made a bit like Shell Smash?

Quiver dance should just work like dragon dance, it makes more sense to me, and it does to a lot of other people. Noah is right, you really can't nerf it any other way, and what eveyone has put so far seems fair. Shell smash is already good because of the drawback, but there is not much room to work with QD.

Silver:
Making Quiver Dance be the Special Attack equivalent of Dragon Dance would make alot of sense, and would open up alot of options for setting up special attackers in a different way.

I'm all for this idea.

Wire:
Is the quiver dance when you get a quiver from feeling something breathing down your neck?

Bing:
I like both Ideas, either have it lower something or make it like dragon dance.
