There is static for a moment before Wrench's voice comes in loud and clear.
"This is Wrench. Uallgarg, how are the negotiations going?"
"Good, Elder agree send strongest warriors. One condition, I stay as Intermediary."

I gripped the communicator a little bit tighter, I was sure of Wrench's response. He was going to tell me to stay, we needed all the allies we needed, regardless of my inexperience.

The Elder's brought me back into the room, for some reason excluding Salreth; once I was in the room and the door was tightly sealed they began to speak in Street Imp.

"We have considered your offer."
"What is your decision Elder?"
"We will send our finest warriors. Your champion's display of mercy won us over quite well. But we have a condition..."
"What is your condition Elder?"
"You stay here and act as a intermediary."
I was stunned, surly there were other's better suited for this task."I am sure the rebels can find another far better for the job..."
"Noncense! Who else can speak Street Imp, know the needs of the Imps, and stand up of our causes?!"
He had a valid point, but I wasn't a politician, I was a common thief... "Let me consolt with my leaders, they will want to know about this."
He waved his hand bringing in two guards who led me out as he told me I had till the end of the night to make my decision. As expected Salreth was waiting for me to emerge, and once she did she started asking me questions; but the only one that mattered was about the alliance.

"They want me act as intermediary. I need speak to Wrench, you have communicator device?"
She searched her stuff and brought out the device she used to speak with the headquarters. She handed it over to me after showing me how to use it. I walked out of ear shot of Salreth then pressed the "Talk" button. "This Uallgarg, anyone there?"

Zia became tired of the Ice Punches and resolved to set the little challenger in his place. Lights shaped like gemstones formed in the air around the Ampharos and shot for Scraggy, full-force. Power Gem was one of Zia's favorite moves, and he and Daisy had worked hard to get it, so of course if he could he would use it.
(again so sorry for forgetting about this)
Scraggy took most of the attack pretty well despite being so vastly overwhelmed, then the attack went critical. He tried to punch the flying rocks, but it wasn't going any good, finally one last one slammed into him; sending him flying a few feet away. When I reached him he was out like a light, I picked him up gently and walked back towards Daisy.

"That should teach him a valuable lesson. Now what say we get him fixed up?"

General Chat / Re: [GUILD] Elemental Elites

Ok, for my personal opinion on wild cards.  No, pick a type.  But, seeing how people actually want this.  I propose, a pseudo Elite position, a lesser title.  I propose about 3 wild cards at a time.  You need to battle for it.  Using a first to 9 wins battle system.  You can use any type you'd like but, each round you must choose a different team.  You may not repeat types during the match.  (The most battles you could have in a first to 9, is 17 battles, and there are?  17 types, it's a theme)  It would keep the battles random, and show how you are flexible with each type.  Which is needed in that area.
Okay lets see if I have this right.

  • "Wild Card" will be a separate title that EVERYONE can get even if you already have the Elite title for a type. It will NOT be a lesser title.
  • There will NOT be a Wild Card type so everyone will still be picking a type to specialize in.
  • In order to get the Wild Card title you have have to do a first to 9 wins battle system. You can use any type you'd like but, each round you must choose a different team.  You may not repeat types during the match.  (The most battles you could have in a first to 9, is 17 battles.
  • When battling to get the Wild Card title, both players will need to hide their teams so the battles are kept random
  • Just like the Elite battles, an officer must be present to witness the battle. Either before the battles or afterwards, BEFORE the title is awarded to the victor they must show all 17 teams or if after the battles then they simply have to show the ones they didn't get to use

How does this sound to everyone?

I like that a lot.

It had been twenty years since I looked at blue prints, but the ability to understand them was no less then before. I quickly gathered the materials I would need to build the left wing, then carefully following the instructions I started hammering nails into the wood. A few minutes passed and when I felt satisfied that my side was looking good I stood up and whipped the sweat from my forehead. "Damn it's been a long time since I did this much work. What material are we using to make the wings?"

A loud roar let me know that I had been spotted. I quickly set my puppets free to flea, each with a fake copy of the book. They each went in a different direction and I went in yet another. I knew the best place to hid, I just needed to get there.

(Twins)
Issac and Jacob ran ahead of Archie, stopping to look back from time to time to make sure he was still there. Once they reached the mess hall they began to eat like they hadn't been fed in months.

(Uallgarg/Salreth)
"What do we get out of this proposed alliance?" The leader was an extremely aged Imp, he looked maybe as old as a hundred years old; which is ancient for an Imp.
"Utopia destroy underworld; join forces and save underworld. Stand alone we parish, join together we might win."
He scratched his chin then began to speak again. "Give me some time to mull it over, I need to confer with the rest of the colony elders. Please make yourselves comfortable in the mean time." He clapped his hand and two guards came in and escorted us out; I counted this as a win, at least he was thinking about it.

As I reached the forest the tracks died out. I looked, but I couldn't find any trace of them. I was about to turn around and leave when I decided to look again, and to my amazement I found a single track, and a few yards away another; guess this was my lucky night. I followed the tracks for quite a while, sometimes losing them again; but they always reappeared once I took a second look. Eventually they led to a cave reeking of death, a Necromancer lair for sure.

I crept to the entrance, I could see an alter and two people. One of them handed the other a knife then told him something I couldn't quite hear. The second person said something that stood out much clearer then any thing else that had been said "Meum sanguinem atramentum. Hoc ferro et litteris. ut sunt dirige me ad, Magister Siraset." Then he plunged the knife into his own heart. He swayed for a moment before falling dead to the floor. A few moments passed, I didn't move a muscle; in all my years I had never seen a Necromancer perform a ritual that required a person to kill themselves, what was the meaning of this.

As numerous thoughts ran through my head, the second man got back up and looked around confused. The first man said something then instructed him in the ways of something. The second looked at the parts laid infront of him, he seemed to shake his head; then he called wings of sorts from the ground and formed the pieces into a dragon; this was all too creepy, my master warned me to beware the Man who can call pieces to him... As I fled the incantation he said kept running through my head, "Meum sanguinem atramentum. Hoc ferro et litteris. ut sunt dirige me ad, Magister Siraset..." I had heard that before; then I realized, it was one of the forbidden spells hidden in the very book I carried...
