My favorite Final Fantasy game is Final Fantasy X (and its sequel, X-2). But once Final Fantasy XIII comes out, I have a feeling it will knock X out of my #1 spot.

I'm with Amphy on this one. I also vote for G/S. I loved that game - it just had everything I was looking for in a Pokemon game.

Sounds like a great idea. I wouldn't mind taking a few pictures with the females and hanging them on the wall of my house. Except there's one thing I don't like about your idea. Perhaps that will also go with the level of the trainer. The higher, the more photos (s)he can produce. No.

i just signed up, ive been playing pokemon world online, which is another fan made pokemon mmo, and im curious to just what does pokemon universe have compared to PWO, other than a better name. It doesn't suck

I really like your first idea. It would be nice if we had the option to start in a town/city of our choice. I can't imagine the amount of lag we may experience when there's hundreds of trainers on the same map (I know this game will be big). This should be looked into, in my humble opinion. And not just 'cause of the lag, but there would also be that feeling of joy from representing the town/city you're from in major competitions. Announcer: Here we have Nando, the trainer from (insert cool city name here). He's made it this far, will he take first place!? Nando: ___ As for your second idea, I'm not quite fond of it, so no opinion there.

Another issue that deals with statistics are quitters. In alot of multiplayer games, one may come across a few sore losers after a while. I would hate to have mi experience ruined by a bunch of kids that are afraid to lose. DO you think it owould be possible to add a flee counter? or something telling opposing trainers how often this player is most likely to quit a battle.
When we will implement the stats we can make it as extensive as we want, so yes it'll be possible to show how many times a player has fled from a battle. Although it's not possible to run from PvP battles, but then it's still possible to just close the client and disconnect from the server. If you do this you will be "punished", like the opponent gets 40% of your money and all your Pokémon will be fainted.
What if our internet connection experiences problems during a PVP battle and we get kicked off the game? Will the server recognize that as quitting and punish us?
