Got me reasons for leaving these here forums. I just wanted to wish the team the best of luck during the production of the game, I know you'll all do a fantastic job. I'm sure one day I'll be hearing "do u play pu it is liek teh best pkmn mmo evar". So long, everyone, and good luck with all yer Pokémon persuing etc etc!

Lotad's based on a lilly. Spoink's based on a pig. Where would you find a dragon (Dragonite)? Where would you find a big dinosaur (Tyranitar)? Where would you find a big rock snake (Onix and Steelix)? Pokémon aren't meant to reflect real animals... just cool battle creatures.

Agreed with Darkness. My favourite Pokémon just aren't the best for competetive gaming.
My ideal team of favourite Pokémon would probably be:
Raichu
Pidgeot
Typhlosion
Steelix
Dragonite
Dragonite's in my team, obviously... but the rest just aren't good enough for competative battling.
I suppose I could breed the perfect Def. Wall Steelix... but I'm lazy, and Skarmory will serve just as well, if not better.

I've actually forgotten all that I had previously said on the matter, but I agree with you, Frenchfry.
I just think Feebas should be rather rare, since it's hard as hell to get in the console games, it should be pretty hard to get it in PU, non?

The only anime series I've ever watched is Death Note. I'm completely obsessed with it. My iPhone's background is L's logo. I've seen all the episodes about a million times. Read the manga twice and seen the three movies a bunch of times. Super-nerd!  I've also seen Spirited Away... which was on TV at Christmas. It was actually not that bad.
