well lets not discus it to (magic carp's) death. its unanimous. most all have agreed that the stupid fish that does not even make good sushi, is the weakesst link. *magic carp is presented with the pathetic award.* so mr.crap... i mean carp, what do you have to say for yourself? *magic carp used splash... the move failed.*

Magikarp because it only knows flail,splash and that doesnt do anyting.

Well Magicarp does not have the lowest stat total, but it only learns two viable moves that I know of. Seeing how its attack power is 10(I think), then it isn't likely to beat anything even if it uses tackle until its health goes down then flail when it's low.

Besides, pokemon with lower stat totals like Sunkern and Pichu would easily kill it with absorb and thundershock.

It doesn't have the lowest stat total, and is not a slow pokemon, but by itsself it won't be winning any battles.

I would have to say Hoppip because even when it is fully evolved it isn't the best grass type by any means, there are so many other pokemon that are better than hoppip even Magikarp as bad as it is  useful after it evolves I love some of the attacks that it learns.

But hoppip...Yeah nothing good about it really. At least nothing that I can see that would make me want to have it on my team.

Magicarp hands down.. By far the lowest stats, and it learns no moves whatsoever. The only useful thing about it is garydos, but I see it like this:
When it evolves, it's not magicarp anymore, right?
