I've been getting snowstorms left and right, which is weird for someone that is literally two minute's walk away from the nearest beach.

I use GIMP, that's how I made the background you have in your siggy, after a long time. There are some cool options and it can be easily customised. Add-ons and plug-ins are most of the time easily available.
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

I have another question. How do you get the sprites to do that walking motion like your proffessor Alder sprite?

I used different layers, then put a time reference to it, (200 ms for the one I used), put the 'replace' property, then saved with .gif extension

awesome.
The thrill in playing a game does not come from our chances of winning. It is the weight and pressure of losing that fuels our fascination. It is why people challenge, why they gamble and why they compete. The adrenaline that comes from defying defeat is what motivates us.

Moar accurate depiction.

Neither of us are gonna be working on these for very long, so I need to think of something else to chew up the other seven or eight weeks I have of woodshop. I was thinking Longcat.
