-They seem to be enjoying that soup. I wish I could try it.

-We're waiting for our food, just wait.

And then he snapped. From hunger apparently.

I NEED SOME FOOD NOW OR I'M GONNA DIE!!

He said this loud enough for everyone at the table to hear.

(It was in 'human' or something, so you could understand it.)

Suddenly, the black rock that Hex had brought from Dragon Spiral Towel spoke.

- I NEED SOME FOOD NOW OR I'M GONNA DIE!!

Jerry was speechless and looked around if anyone else noticed. Hopefully, only him and Ruby hear it, who was by the way, as surprised as him.
- Did that rock just speak?

Volcarona was looking at them and waiting for food as well

"calm down... im hungry as well... and i did more than you today..."

says to the talking rock

My small fire flicked then died. I tried to use Ember again, but it was too cold. Now I knew why there was almost no Dragon Pokemon here. I stood up and moved as fast as I could back to the Pokecenter. I went in and smelled the most horrendous smell I had ever smelled. I followed it, it led me to the cafeteria. The Humans and pokemon seemed to be enjoying what was making that nasty smell. I saw the humans and their pokemons.

-Hey guys, what the heck is that stuff? It smells horrible.

Oh yeah? Try sitting at the top of a stupid tower your entire life, doing absolutely nothing but watch the lives of others!

-Yes, because sitting around doing nothing for a couple thousand years takes a LOT of energy out of you. Which I said in a very sarcastic tone.

-It sure DOES, when you've only got one bond!

Volcarona sighed and looked at them

"oh shut up you half assed stone, you dont even have a real body at the moment

sighs and waits for the food

-YOU WANNA FIGHT?! I'LL TAKE YOU ON ANY DAY!!

-How? You can barely escape a crumbling tower as you are now.

-Take a guess.

-...I am NOT fighting for you!

-Yes you are.

-I am NOT going to go down that road with you! You'd better sit down and shut up before I...wait, can't do that...or maybe...no, not that either...well, I could...no, can't do that...

-Problem, Hex?

-...I'm going to murder you.

-Can't do that either.

-You just love being an annoying ass, don't you?

-I have better things to do that fight with you.

Volcarona sighs

"when you get your real body we will battle, until then, dont drag Hex into this you wussie"

sighs and looks at Jerry waiting

-She's right, you are a wussie...

-Oh, not you too!

-If you say one more work, I'm going to starve myself.

He stayed quiet for a while.

(This reminds me of Crona and Ragnarok.)

Volcarona shuckles a bit enjoying the comedy duo and keeps looking at jerry

((Um... you know that when Sneasel came, he came with food for everyone? Um.. I'll improvise then...))

Seeing that the rock couldn't stop talking, and his other pokemon weren't eating, Jerry lifted the cover for the other plates.
- Do serve yourselves, you can eat too, you know?

His pokemon all had the same meal, which was probably as succulent as the ones he and Ruby got. But then, thinking a little over what the Black Stone has been talking about, Jerry was becoming curious. Turning towards it, he spoke.
- How did you get into that stone, or how did you become that stone? I mean... what ARE you exactly?

Volcarona seeying the food decided to dig in and looked at jerry giggling a bit

"if you realy knew you would laugh your ass off"

she knew he didnt understood but the stone and Hex did

-I am Zekrom, or at least what's left of me after that battle thousands of years ago. In a sense, I 'live off of' Hex here. It's almost as if we share energy, since he's able to take some of mine too. We basically stay bonded like this until I'm revived or he dies.

[Jerry]

Jerry was shocked at the news. "Share energy", so this was the cause of the strange powers of Hex... and Zekrom? Could that really be the legendary pokemon controlling electricity? This was all too much for a single day for Jerry. For some time, he ignored the others and while eating, his gaze was upon the soup, still and thoughtful. He was indeed thinking of all the implications... And thinking back at the past, his sister had surely talked about that pokemon once or twice, and she seemed secretive about it. It was sure not very reassuring that this same pokemon was now involved during his journey, after all, he might disappear too...

It was the voice of Nurse Joy who broke his line of thoughts.
- I hope you've had a nice meal tonight and upcoming in a few minutes, we will have the famous Pichu band coming straight from Oblivia.

-He seems a little...Distraught by this news.

-You think so? He looks fine to me.

-It IS a lot to tell him. Not to mention that if anyone but us finds out about this, I'm in danger.

-I guess so...but whatever, you'll be fine.

-You know, for an all powerful god from thousands of years in the past, you do seem very casual.

-I'm not...that casual...
