Hello from Mauritius!
« on: January 14, 2010, 03:16:33 PM »
Hello there! I'm a student form Mauritius who's been a big fan of Pokemon since... well, since  I came accross it in 1997... wow, 13 years already!

I've played Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal (that one could save the file  :)), Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald (that was an awesome version!), Pearl, Platinum and Soul Silver (the last two... too much for words :P)

I'm new to the site here and I think that it's a very good idea, the online MMORPG! Finally, I'll be able to meet online trainers! I don't have a livebox at home... so no WI FI :-\

I hope I'll be able to get some friends here and be able to raise one of the teams of my dreams!

Since I'm new, I would like to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! :)

I'm so excited and I'm impatient that the game will be released soon!

I'd like to thank my friend Loic, without whom, I would have never discovered this site, and everyone reading this post, wishing all of you good luck when the game will be on! :) I will try to be a good rival ;)

Yours,
Jerry

Thanks Mr_Dark and Kamaran! :)

Yup, that's why I included the part saying I hope I'll be a good rival. :)

I already read the announcements and some of the boards. I trying to look into each thread going on, replying where I feel I should.

Wow, you're fast to reply :D I'm afraid that because of my studies, I won't be able to come in here much often. I have quite a few questions myself, but that's another reason why I'm reading the past threads, for the already asked questions.

Thanks again! :)

Thanks CounterBug and boyben10.

I still don't understand the system of Karma.

I didn't do any of those as far as I know:
Negative karma:
When a post contains one or more of the following:
- Troll
- Spam
- Bashing other user(s)
- Totally off-topic
- Double posting

Yeah. I have seen it and wondered the same myself.
I'll keep investigate.

By the way; I don't understand why you will be indoors, playing any Pokemon game, when you live on Mauritius. :P

A little karma - update.
You got negative karma because you did not take the "american poll" seriously.

That's because it's too hot down here :)

In the north, you're having a rough winter, right?
Here, we're having the worst summer ever. :(

I'm not near the beach either and I play occasionally, enough to have quite some knowledge about pokemon.

And as for the poll, here will be the third time I say it, I was really serious. Doesn't the fact that I'm from Mauritius support my post? I voted I'm from neither, which is true! :(

Just watch those of Amphy getting near Mr_Dark ;)

With the RP section, his post count is bound to shoot up :)

It's now that mine will stabilise, and I don't think I'll make new threads that soon.
