Because deep inside he feels like he dosen't deserve to evolve. There I gave away my whole plan.
I am a lv 56 and have been unable to evolve because of the reason stated before. And he learned of Evolite from an unknown pokemon that told him that it would help him until he managed to evolve.

You could try:

Narrative in single paragraphs

All conversation on a new line like this:

etc. if you see what I mean. It makes it easier to read. And try mentioning the attacks.moves where applicable. Like once you spoke about the fists of Infernape turning blue and the move of the other pokemon somehow turned against itself.

Part of the reason I did that was because I was "hinting the moves". But tthe one with infernape fists turning blue was Mach punch.

Then, do explain what it is at some point, otherwise, one might think of it as being another move that the pokemon in question cannot learn and call it OP immediately.
