PirateAce Mapping Showcase
« on: November 19, 2010, 05:00:47 PM »
i know  mappers are not needed but i find map making to be fun when i'm really bored so here are a few i've made.

Let me know what you think ^_^! i'll add more when i make more with time.

This is the first one a made (notice the mixed trees from a couple of regions)... but i wanted a wide variety of trees when i did my first map.

This is my second map i made. I personally like this one better. Idk i like ice maps :P.

I can't spot mistakes as such, but some things:

1. The bridge tiles seem strange with the slight green background above the mountain tiles. I would have assumed that there are special tiles for those...
It might be just me, but the trees seem unnatural arranged that way.

2. Um... all those statues on the left do seem strange like that...

If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

1. Oh! You know what i fixed the bridge before but i never screened it and put it on photo bucket. that's edited.

The trees... yeah the middle of the first one does look a little bit weird.. i might fiddle around with it.

2. The penguins were mere for decoration i could have put half trees but eh i like penguins so i put em in there..lol. but yeah i can see how it might look odd.

Penguins? LOL! I would have never thought of them as penguins, They look more like Pidgeot(to) to me :D
