To be honest... I don't like it that much... it seems... unreal... :-\

Apart from the boat, I don't see any particular mistake, except maybe those strange white squares on doors, postage box, etc
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

Ive have been told alot i have great potental for mapping.

no offense..... work on a more realistic map, try recreating a map of a pokemon game..... start with Verdanturf Town, its small, and a good place to start.
By loving so many, I have touched their lives and helped them rebirth as well. To be strong is to instill strength in another.

Well i like the map, but as others said its a little too simple, mabye you could just add a few more buildings but thats just my opinion, other than that its actualy pretty good. :)

if i may make a suggestion,

1) what is the aim for the place, is it suppose to be a small town, or just a little place off the beaten path, from there if its a town, beef up the community a bit more

2) with the simple look, add a little bit of a challenge like in the first gen, there was a hidden item hidden,

with hat being said, really great job it looks nice and simple but as said before could use some touch ups

re-looking at it, i dont think that the problem is simplicity,

I just think the buildings and stuff are too sparse for it being a city/town
