Oh my god, i just got back from catching victini, the stinking thing took 30mins to catch! for goodness sake i mean  Cobalion and Kyurem took only about 10 mins each, and i come to a lvl 15 pokemon and it uses up

26 ultra balls
2 repeat balls
2 timer balls
15-20 great balls

I thought i was gona run out of poke balls lol

All i could imagine was a new person playing with only normal pokeballs trying to catch it, because here i am near the end of the game and it took me 30minutes how long would it have taken for a new person? that is if the new guy didn't run out of poke balls first.

Also does victini evolve?

It took me 1 poke ball, that is right. I only catch my pokes with pokeballs.
