No it wouldn't.

Nidoking has a higher speed.

Nidoking uses Focus Blast for a 120 base damage x4 super effective hit.
Tyranitar goes down.

How the hell is this a good fight?
Anyone who has even half of a brain would see this matchup and immediately switch out tyranitar.

The thrill in playing a game does not come from our chances of winning. It is the weight and pressure of losing that fuels our fascination. It is why people challenge, why they gamble and why they compete. The adrenaline that comes from defying defeat is what motivates us.

BTW this isn't a roleplay.

Jerry, another lock please.
Let's just have fun on the forum, until the game is released!

This all depends on the set up and EV spread of the pokemon in question. It can very well
be called a draw.
