(QUEST) Starter Island

Please note that this is just an idea more then me explaining the actual quest:


I was thinking that many people are asking "am I going to be able to catch another starter in the game?" and I thought that creating a quest to unlock an island where you can catch one more starter would be appropriate. After you have finished up to a certain point in the main, chainquest, you can unlock a quest with maybe a proffesor in the game. This quest would somehow allow you to have acces to the "starter" island where you would be able to catch at least one more different starter. I am trying to come up with an appropriate quest for this idea.

Please tell me what you think of this idea and expand on it if it is OK.

Well, we'll probably hide starter Pokemon somewhere in our world, so they can be caught.

Oh alright I wasn't sure whether starters would be able to be caught or not. But maybe these starters could be found on an island that has a jungle area a volcanic area and a desert or mountanous area. The different starters could be hidden in the different parts of the island.

I think this is a great idea. Remember that in the game briefing, or story briefing, it said that the more you train, the more things you can do as a trainer? Well, what if after gaining a certain rank as a trainer, you could get access to something like that through a special event that you could hold? Just something to think about for expansions to this idea. Laters!

I got word that starter Pokemon were going to be untradeable.
I'm really happy to hear they can be caught in the wild.

But if starter pokemon are being caught in the wild. I am only making an assumption here, but they might have a very low encounter which I can understand. They are rare pokemon after all.

I think the area being hard to find is enough of a way to keep the starters rare, don't you agree? Plus, if the area contains all the different starters, getting a particular one shouldn't be that easy.
