Pokemon Dead

If like in Pokemon, where Red is the Hero and Pokemon CAN die, would you be able to continue playing Pokemon if your team was able to die and NOT come back? Could you honestly say that you would continue playing?

No, it would make the game to annoying.

Having to EV train pokemon every time one died...

chansey that.

It'd be just like doing a Nuzlocke run, but you can catch new pokemon. So no, I probably wouldn't since I've already done a Nuzlocke and have no need to go through that again.

You know that you pokemon doesn't die in the end of battle, right?

It only faints which sounds odd by itself

I would really hate that especially because what if you get KOed with a random critical and its a pokemon youve been working on/ training. Plus, that functino gets kind of annoying like in Fire Emblem, but i gotta admit, it will make the game strategically harder.

Also if they could die.  What would you do if you lost the first battle with your rival.

You'd be screwed.

No pokemon, no money and no pokeballs.

Sounds great!

I might try it, only I wouldn't want them to die whenever they're taken out. I mean, maybe if they get repeatedly beaten down they'd be at the risk of dying, but not every single time their health reaches zero. Or maybe they die if they remain fainted for too long.

Did anyone remember Revive at all?

Then what would you be suggesting? That they die and they can be revived? If that's so, how is this different from fainting? ???
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

Just saying that people are freaking out way to much over this. It's funny, but for revive I want to see what players come up with.

What are you even talking about now?

Assuming pokemon death is implemented like that, revives won't have any reason to be there.
